Compassionate Supportive Care

Niamh is an accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and groups across diverse settings. Since graduating in 2007, she has dedicated her practice to empowering survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect, while also addressing depression, anxiety, and chronic pain in primary care contexts.

Customized Therapy Methods

In modern mental health care, holistic integrative therapy and trauma-informed care prioritize the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while recognizing the profound impact of trauma on mental and physical well-being. Niamh's approaches are highly customized, ensuring that treatment aligns with an individual’s unique experiences, needs, and recovery goals.

Collaborative Healing Journey

"Working hand-in-hand with my clients, we embark on a transformative healing journey—exploring tailored therapeutic approaches that honor their unique struggles, nurture resilience, and cultivate lasting growth."
